Off-Highway Service

Before any quotations are issued to our clients, all common rail injectors are fully tested for the diagnosis of any faults. They are dismantled and ultrasonically cleaned before being assessed and then reassembled using OEM spares. Once reassembled, they are bench-tested to the manufacturer’s specification and coded, if applicable.

For any injectors that are received by the workshop that aren’t currently under an OEM repair programme, we will offer the client a new genuine replacement as a solution to their requirements.

Pumps are inspected upon arrival into the workshop prior to any testing being carried out. They are then dismantled, ultrasonically cleaned, assessed and reassembled using OEM spares. All reassembled pumps are then tested to manufacturers specification on one of our benches.

Finally, finishing, capping and sealing is carried out on the reassembled pump to an ‘as new’ condition before it is packed and despatched to its specified destination.
